（中央社記者邱柏勝台北29日電）中國國民黨總統候選人朱立倫今天表示，若執政，會持續與其他國家洽簽自由貿易協定，並針對可能受影響的產業成立「貿易衝擊基金」，讓受到影響產業可運用這筆資源。
朱立倫今天下午出席「台灣經濟發展論壇」，論壇由七大工商團體主辦，分別邀請三黨總統候選人與會，針對區域經濟、兩岸、能源、勞資、創新等攸關台灣經濟發展的議題，與工商界對話，讓工商界了解三黨總統候選人對再造台灣經濟榮景的願景與布局。
工業總會副理事長辜成允會中表示，為拓展國際貿易，強化台灣競爭力，政府勢必要與各國洽簽雙邊、多邊貿易協定，然而要進入區域經濟組織，一定會面臨國內市場開放的壓力。他詢問朱立倫，政府積極爭取開放的同時，要如何化解弱勢產業與民眾的疑慮，減少國內反對聲浪？
朱立倫表示，洽簽多邊、雙邊自由貿易協定，對全球各國來說都是重大挑戰，他日前赴美國訪問，美方也向他坦言，跨太平洋夥伴協定（TPP）首輪談判結束後，各國都面臨國內政黨與社會團體的挑戰，受到影響的產業反對聲音都非常大。對此他認為，應該針對受影響的企業給予補貼。
